Shipping Policy
Please ensure at the point of checkout that your shipping address is correct. We will not be held responsible for packages that are last due to invalid addresses
All orders with Vouloir Collection are processed within a 1-5 day time frame.
Please note that goods are only shipped Monday – Friday, excluding bank holidays. Shipping times begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email.
Please allow 7 working days before contacting us about your orders. Please be aware USUALLY items will arrive quicker than the estimate given above.
Delivery & Returns
All Orders are sent out using Royal Mail service. shipping confirmation will be sent via email along with tracking information.
• UK STANDARD DELIVERY £3.99: We aim to to post items 2-4 days after purchase
• UK EXPRESS DELIVERY £4.99: Same day despatch orders before 1pm
• INTERNATIONAL: At this moment we do not deliver outside the UK.
RETURNS:
• ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition with all the tags attached.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
• INITIATING A RETURN: To initiate a return, contact our customer support on our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return, our team will then provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
• RETURNS SHIPPING: Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
We recommend using Royal mail tracked shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.
• REFUND PROCESS: Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned item.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
